Destination Weddings & Honeymoons

Saying I do somewhere beautiful, then slipping away on the honeymoon of your dreams. A destination wedding turns your celebration into an experience your guests will talk about for years, and I make the planning feel effortless.

From the first location scout to the last farewell brunch, I coordinate the moving pieces so you can enjoy being engaged instead of drowning in logistics. Venues, room blocks, welcome events, transportation, and the little touches that make the weekend yours.

Weddings Worth Traveling For

Whether you picture a barefoot ceremony on the sand, a clifftop overlooking the sea, or a vineyard at golden hour, I help you find the setting that fits your style and your budget. Favorites include Mexico, the Caribbean, Hawaii, and the coasts of Italy and Greece.

Caring for Your Guests

A destination wedding asks a lot of the people you love. I set up group room blocks, share clear travel information, and give your guests a simple way to book, so everyone arrives relaxed and ready to celebrate.

The Honeymoon

After the celebration comes the part that is just for the two of you. Whether you want an overwater bungalow, a safari, a romantic city, or all three, I design a honeymoon that matches the way you love to travel and handle every reservation along the way.

Popular Places to Say I Do

Mexico and the Caribbean for easy, beautiful all inclusive weddings. Hawaii for something truly unforgettable. The coasts of Italy and Greece for old world romance. I match the setting to your style and your budget.

How Far Ahead to Plan

The best venues and room blocks book up early, so I recommend starting nine to twelve months ahead for a destination wedding. The sooner we begin, the more choices you will have and the smoother everything unfolds.

Why Plan With Me

Here is what sets me apart, and I will be straight about it. I am not a wedding planner with decades of weddings behind me. I am something a little rarer. I spent a career planning and running large events, conferences of thirteen hundred to five thousand people, where I negotiated the hotel contracts, locked in the room blocks and rates, and handled the food, the setup, and the thousand logistics a big event lives or dies by. A destination wedding is exactly that kind of event, with better flowers and far more heart. So you get one point of contact for the whole journey, my relationships with resorts and hotels through Fora, and someone who treats your day like it is the only one on the calendar, because to me, it is. The only thing left for you to do is celebrate.
