Fee Policy
All planning and booking fees are collected before work begins and are non refundable, as they compensate for the professional time, research, and planning invested in your trip.
If a confirmed reservation is voluntarily canceled after booking, a $50 cancellation service fee applies.
Supplier commissions are paid separately and never increase the price of your vacation.
If your itinerary requires services beyond those outlined above, any additional fees will be discussed and approved before work begins.
